Dealer Group Health Monitor tracks retail velocity, average sale prices, days on market, and inventory health for publicly traded dealer groups in real time. Every metric maps to a ticker with BULLISH/BEARISH/NEUTRAL/CAUTION signals tied to the operational levers that drive quarterly earnings.

search_active_carsCalls search_active_cars with dealer_group filter for new and used separately. Calculates days supply = active inventory / monthly sold × 30. Flags ELEVATED (>75 days used, >100 days new).
Applies signal logic: Volume MoM >+3%=BULLISH, <-3%=BEARISH; DOM change >+5 days=BEARISH; Days Supply used >75=CAUTION. Delivers composite BULLISH/BEARISH/MIXED headline with peer ranking.
