Purpose
Weekly reviews at multi-location groups often become fragmented — each GSM reports their own numbers with no unified view of where the group gained or lost ground relative to the market.
Weekly Dealer Review compiles a week-over-week performance analysis across all locations: market share movement, inventory turn rate, pricing effectiveness, and velocity by segment — then surfaces the two or three tactical moves that will have the most impact in the coming week.
