Purpose
Inventory that sits past 45 days starts losing real dollar value in addition to incurring carrying cost. Most dealer groups don't have a clear view of which units are on dangerous depreciation curves until it's too late to take action at margin.
Depreciation Tracker analyzes the gap between what a vehicle was priced at acquisition and what the current market will bear — then projects where each at-risk unit will land if it stays on the lot another 30 days. It flags units where depreciation loss exceeds carrying cost savings from a quick wholesale.
How It Works

Limitations
