Purpose
Managing pricing consistency across multiple rooftops is one of the hardest operational problems in a dealer group. Without a unified view, individual store managers make local pricing calls that erode group-wide margin and create customer arbitrage opportunities between your own locations.
Competitive Pricer for dealer groups runs price positioning analysis across all locations in parallel — decoding VINs, pulling live comps per market, and surfacing which stores are above, at, or below market. The output is a group-level pricing audit with per-location verdicts and a recommended action for each underperforming unit.

Limitations
- API call count scales with number of locations — large groups (10+ stores) may have significant per-run costs.
- Each location uses its own ZIP/radius; stores in overlapping markets may pull partially duplicate comps.
- VIN-level analysis requires a target VIN; bulk inventory analysis is a separate workflow.
