/weekly-review
Full weekly territory review — coverage update, top 10 prospects, floor plan opportunities, and market trends
Purpose
Weekly planning requires a broader view than the daily briefing — not just today's top call, but a territory-wide picture of where opportunities are building, what dealers to visit this week, and what market trends to leverage in conversations. Assembling this manually from multiple sources takes an hour; /weekly-review does it in under 15 minutes.
/weekly-review uses a multi-agent architecture to simultaneously scan territory coverage across all target states and analyze market trends, while running inline scans for the top 10 dealer prospects and floor plan opportunities in the primary state. The result is a comprehensive weekly plan: territory overview, ranked prospects, floor plan targets, market intelligence, and five specific actions for the week.

How It Works
Execution flow. MCP tool calls are shown inline on each step.
Reads all profile fields for full weekly analysis configuration.
Spawns territory-scanner agent (all target states) and brand-market-analyst agent (primary state market trends) in parallel.
While agents run: calls search_active_cars with lending criteria + dealer facets for primary state. Pulls quick profile for top 10 dealers.
Calls search_active_cars sorted by DOM for primary state to identify top 5 floor plan pitch dealers.
Compiles territory overview, top 10 prospects, floor plan leads, market trends, and 5 specific week actions.

|---|---|---|
search_active_cars | 12–32 | Territory scan (all states via agent), dealer profiling, floor plan scan |

Limitations
- Multi-agent territory scan scales with number of target states (2–3 calls per state).
- Weekly review is designed for Monday morning planning; run /daily-briefing each day for daily ops.
- Market trends section covers primary state only; full territory brand analysis requires territory-dashboard skill.
