Territory Dashboard
Multi-state coverage vs opportunity map — where to focus, where to maintain, and where to pull back
Purpose
Territory managers and regional sales directors need to make difficult decisions about where to invest rep time across multiple states — and those decisions are currently based on anecdotal feedback, quarterly reviews, and gut feel. A state with 200 more qualifying dealers than another is not automatically a better investment if those dealers have smaller lots, lower prices, and slower turnover.
Territory Dashboard uses a multi-agent approach to simultaneously scan all target states, then synthesizes the results into a single ranked dashboard: eligible dealers, eligible units, monthly velocity, and opportunity score per state, plus territory-wide totals, market sizing (portfolio value, monthly originations, annual revenue), and a FOCUS / MAINTAIN / OPPORTUNISTIC priority classification per state with specific time allocation recommendations.
How It Works
Execution flow. MCP tool calls are shown inline on each step.
search_active_carsSpawns the lender-sales:territory-scanner agent with target states, lending criteria, and date range. Agent scans all states in parallel and returns per-state metrics.
Sorts states by opportunity_score returned by the agent. Divides into tertiles: top = FOCUS, middle = MAINTAIN, bottom = OPPORTUNISTIC.
Aggregates across all states: total eligible dealers, total eligible units, total monthly velocity, weighted avg price and DOM.
Calculates total lendable portfolio value = eligible_units × avg_price × 80% advance. Monthly origination potential = eligible_units × (1/avg_dom × 30) × 20% penetration. Annual revenue = monthly × avg_loan × 1.5% spread × 12.
Generates specific time allocation recommendation per state tier, plus top 3 actions: best state + dealer targeting, market trend to leverage, and follow-up priorities.

Cost Estimate
4 territory reviews/month ≈ $1–5
Limitations
- US (full) and UK (dealer counts only — no velocity data; no origination estimates).
- Multi-agent approach scales call count proportionally with number of target states (2–4 calls per state).
- Opportunity score is a ranking tool — the state ranked #1 may still have low absolute opportunity in a small territory.
- Territory dashboard is designed for monthly or quarterly strategic review, not daily ops (use /daily-briefing for daily use).
